We want you to love your Stonerie piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

— Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery — Item must be unused and in original condition — Item must be in original packaging — You must provide proof of purchase (order number)

How to Return

  1. Email us at stonerieforyou@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack the item carefully to avoid damage during shipping
  4. Ship the item back to our address in India
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items
