Stonerie sells handcrafted natural stone decor. This page explains the characteristics customers should expect before ordering.

Natural Stone Variations

No two natural stones are identical. Color, pattern, veining, crystal structure, shape, thickness, and edge texture can vary from the product photos. These natural differences are normal and are not defects.

Handcrafted Finish

Products are cut, shaped, polished, assembled, and finished by hand. Small irregularities in the stone surface, rim, electroplated edge, or placement may occur because each piece is handmade.

We aim to show products accurately, but appearance can vary depending on lighting, screen settings, and the natural stone piece used for your order. Please read the product title, product description, size details, and variation options before purchase.

Care & Use

Clean stone decor gently with a soft cloth and mild soap when needed. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, harsh chemicals, dishwashers, and prolonged soaking unless the product page specifically says otherwise.

Damage During Shipping

We pack fragile stone items carefully. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@stonerie.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
